Room: nice and clean; non-smoking; bathroom: nice herbal shampoo and soap, containers filled up. Spare towels. Location was easy to be found by car. Parking at the hotel's premises. Late check-in is possible, hotel is available on phone any time.

Super-friendly receptionist (Frau Niemeyer or Niemann? - sorry, I am not completely sure now... apologies), who helped us choose between parking options, and even reserved for us a dinner table at a restaurant in the old town. Free coffee in the afternoon/evening, close to the reception. Quiet rooms. Location at the foot of the Fortress Marienberg, and close to the old town on the other side of the river (connected by a beautiful historical pedestrian bridge).

Staff friendly and helpful, room adequate, bed and pillows comfortable. Didn't have breakfast there as we thought it was overpriced. Easy parking in the hotel grounds. It's a good location, just a short walk to the old town.

The location is very central, at short walking distance from the old town. The breakfast was really fabulous. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom is huge. A very big plus was having a capsule coffee machine and a boiling water can in the room.

Pretty big hotel with underground and overground parking spaces. Friendly and helpful staff. The room in itself wasn’t huge, but more than enough for one person as I was traveling alone. Comfortable bed, some view of the city, good noise isolation. Shower mit toiletries provided, everything was very clean. Huge breakfast buffet, lots of tasty options. Hotel is within walking distance to the old town.

The staff was lovely! Very kind and welcoming. The location was also great, about 10 minute walk from the city center and about 20 minute walk from the train station. The breakfast was awesome! Lots of choices, fresh, and always full. The breakfast staff was lightning fast with cleaning up and taking care!

it was really amazing staff was great as well and breakfast was the best so far at a hotel that we had the options where great and the staff was really nice as well checking in and checking out and the room was really amazing as well even surprised us with bath robes I will visit again for future visits.

Wonderful room setup. Especially grateful on welcoming coffee (two varieties) & tea (also two varieties). Walikng distance to Altstadt. No need to use public transport. We even walked to altstadt twice, once after hotel check-in & next morning. The November weather really help! No body sweating & hence less fatigue.

location is really good. easy to travel in and out of the city. Hotel has a good own, parking. Walking out of the hotel you are directly at the river, which is very nice for an evening walk, or run. Just cross the bridge and you are in the old city centre. Rooms were clean good. Although it was 34 C outside, room temperature was good due to the airco.

Our room was spacious enough for a family of 4. It was sparkling clean, with extremely comfortable beds and pillows, and a nice view. The staff was friendly and responsive. We had a great experience 👍
